“Now to him who is ABLE to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us…” — Ephesians 3:20 (favorite verse)

Imagine handing a toddler a single, broken crayon and asking them to draw their dream home.

They might sketch a castle, a rocket ship, or a house made of candy… all from that single crushed crayon.

It would be fun and full of wonder…

 …at BEST, it would be lacking—simple, one-note, and incomplete.

Now imagine an architect stepping in and saying, “That’s real cute, but let me show you what’s really possible.”

I think that’s how God does with OUR dreams.

We pray for what we think is possible…

We plan within the limits of our own understanding…

But God?

He specializes in the immeasurable.

He looks at our prayers and says, “You’re thinking too small.”

While we’re sketching out blessings with a SINGLE CRAYON…

But He’s designing an entire kingdom blueprint behind the scenes of our lives!

In the Bible, we see this pattern over and over again:

Joseph only dreamed of being a leader (Genesis 37:5-11)—but God made him second-in-command of Egypt (Genesis 41:39-41).

Moses just wanted to disappear into obscurity on the backside of the desert (Exodus 3:1)—but God had plans to use his life to lead an entire nation out of slavery and into freedom (Exodus 3:10).

The disciples thought Jesus came to overthrow Rome—but He came to overthrow death itself (1 Corinthians 15:55-57).

So what are you dreaming about today?

A new job?

A restored relationship?

A fresh start?

Take that dream and surrender it to God.

Because His plan isn’t just bigger—it’s beyond imagination.
