Hey thanks for being here! --PZ

If you’ve ever had to walk through a season of fear, you know the grip it can have.
Fear and grief are twins. Both are rooted in pain. Both are born from hopelessness.
And both ask the same haunting question....What if? Have you ever had to play that game?
I call it "The What If Game"...
--What if I lose my job?
--What if something happens to my loved ones?
--What if my friends betray me?
--What if this sickness comes back?
Can I be REAL vulnerable with you ?
When my wife Cara was first diagnosed with cancer...
...the voice of fear hit me like a freight train...
I heard things like...
“She’s going to die.”
"You're going to be left all alone."
"This is going to destroy your family"
...and then...
Every time she had a headache… “It’s spreading.”
Every time she felt pain… “It’s worse.”
Even now, after the doctors say she’s cancer-free…
That voice still tries to creep in with...
“What if it returns?”
None of it happened.
And we’re still standing in faith that it never will.
Because I’ve learned something important through this...
That voice of fear is NOT from God.
It’s a lie....And it’s the SAME old game the devil’s been playing since the days of Job.
Let me show you THE(Kingdom)LIFE HACK found in Job’s story.
Pause. This “hack” doesn’t take away the suffering...it just helps you see it differently.
Like Job, you can walk through it without letting fear win.
But it is a Kingdom strategy found in God's word...
The Book of Job in chapter 1–2 gives us a behind-the-scenes look at spiritual warfare.
Satan didn’t just attack Job on a whim.
He had to ask for permission.
“Have you considered my servant Job?” (Job 1:8)
God says, “You can touch his possessions, but not him.”
Later, “You can afflict his body, but you cannot take his life.” (Job 2:6)
If you have ever heard this preached then you ALREADY KNOW...
Satan had limits.
Set by God.
And he couldn’t cross those lines...even if he wanted to.
But here's what hit me if you look a little CLOSE…it's subtle but it's also POWERFUL!
When Satan finally got permission to afflict Job, he never actually TOLD Job what he was doing.
He didn’t say...
“I'm going to take your kids.”
“I’m going to bankrupt your business.”
“I’m going to attack your body.”
Nope. And ALL of those things DID happen!
HOWEVER...
The only voice Job DID hear was...
“You’ve offended God. Curse Him and die.”
(NOTE:That line came through his wife and his so-called friends!!!!)
Satan’s only play was this lie...
“God has abandoned you… and DEATH is your only future! ”
But WAIT a second…
Wasn't that the ONE THING Satan didn’t have permission to do?!?!?! (LIGHT BULB)
God said: “You CAN’T take his life.”
So why is Satan threatening death?
Why is he saying the one thing he knows he can’t do?
BECAUSE...If Satan is threatening you with it...
...it means he likely doesn’t have permission to do it.
The one thing Satan couldn’t do...take Job’s life...was the only thing he tried to threaten him with directly.
Let that settle in. That's the hack...
If the enemy’s been whispering...
--“You’re going to die.”
--“You’ll always be sick.”
--“You’ll go broke.”
--“You’ll be alone forever.”
He doesn’t announce the attack he’s launching...he lies about one he’s not allowed to do.
...If he COULD’VE done it, he already WOULD’VE, and he would't tell you it was coming...
Just like Job, God has boundaries in place.
Your life is NOT open season.
Your story is NOT up for grabs.
There are fences around your future...and they are built by the hand of a sovereign God. See Romans 8:28
So the next time fear plays the “what if” game…
Flip it on the enemy and shut him up!
“If you’re threatening it, it must mean you can’t touch it.”
“If you’re lying about it, then God must be protecting it.”
What is Satan lying to you about right now? if he is bragging about it, it's because he can't do it...Because he’s a liar, and God already said "NO"
99.9% of what we worry about never happens.
2 Timothy 1:7 – “God has not given us a spirit of fear…”
That’s why Jesus asked...
“Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?”
— Matthew 6:27
Worry is a thief.
It robs you of peace in a battle that’s already been won.
So today, call out the lie.
Don’t curse God and die...
Trust God and live!
Your story isn’t over.
Your family isn’t finished.
And your "what if" is no match for God’s promise!
Don’t you dare let the enemy bully you with his "what-ifs" for one more second!!!
He’s not as powerful as he sounds.
He talks big...but God sets the limits.
Even in your worst season, God is still in control.
Just like Job, YOUR STORY doesn’t end in suffering...it ends in double RESTORATION.
“And the Lord restored Job’s losses…indeed the Lord gave Job twice as much as he had before.”
— Job 42:10
I have this declaration in my notes that I read out loud every time I start hearing WHAT IF...and I helps me SO much and I fell led to share this with you...I hope it helps.
Say, Out Loud...
“I’m done listening to lies... John 8:44
“God is in control of my life...Proverbs 19:21
“My life is covered...Psalm 91:4
“And fear doesn’t get the final word...2 Timothy 1:7
