THIS SUNDAY AT DREAM CITY!!!

Howdy Dream City Church!

Pastor Z here with TWO QUICK things—This Sunday and NEXT Sunday are ones you DO NOT want to miss!

Oh...BTW...Just a heads up...we are continuing our sermon series out of the book of Ruth…

AND...The message this Sunday is going to be rated PG-13!

I think you’re going to love it!

Speaking of parental ratings, I’m so THANKFUL for DC KIDS!

As both a Pastor and a Parent, I’m grateful our kids have a FUN, safe place where they’re excited to learn about Jesus—it means the world to us as parents!

Shout out to Kensey and Alex Hammond for leading with such vision, and a HUGE thank you to all our nursery and DC Kids volunteers! You all ROCK!

I truly believe this could be one of our BEST SERVICES EVER!

Seriously—I’ve been asking Jesus all week to show up in a big way, and I know He will. It’s spiritually impossible to encounter Jesus and stay the same. God has an incredible way of transforming hearts, and I’m expecting BIG things this Sunday!

Now, something important, SO lean in because I need you to hear this...

Next Sunday, September 15th, is our BACK TO CHURCH SUNDAY CHALLENGE!

I’m challenging EVERYONE to show up!

Why? Because we’ve seen record attendance over the past month, yet some have still been out! We NEED you to come back!

Imagine the excitement of all of us showing up and FILLING. THE. ROOM.

Picture how many lives could be touched by Jesus in such a short time when we all hear what God is calling us to do TOGETHER?

And let’s be honest: We can’t afford to make a habit of missing out on what Jesus is doing here at Dream City for the rest of this year!

It’s so important we make the effort to be present.

I’ll be sharing a special VISION message about where we’re headed as a church, so I challenge ALL of us to SHOW UP!

I can’t wait to share something big that’s been on my heart. I'm going to talk more about this challenge Sunday!

But what if you didn’t wait till next week?

What if you got a head start and showed up this Sunday?

Could it make a difference? Absolutely YES!

I get it, life has been hectic—work, school starting, everything going wrong. It’s been easy to step back from church. But it’s time to come back!

Here’s why it’s so important to show up:

In Hebrews 10:25, we’re reminded, “Let us not neglect meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encourage one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.”

When we gather, we’re not just filling a seat—we’re building each other up.

You never know how your presence might encourage someone who’s struggling or feeling lost.

Plus, when we come together, we make room for God to move in powerful ways that we wouldn’t experience on our own.

Jesus said, “For where two or three gather in my name, there I am with them” (Matthew 18:20).

This Sunday could be the very day you receive the breakthrough you’ve been praying for! Don’t miss this moment—God has something for you this week, not just next

Come expecting to hear from Him in a fresh, powerful way.

Let’s make this even bigger!

Right now, take a second and text or call a friend, a family member, or a coworker and invite them to church.

Don’t come alone—someone’s life could change forever because you reached out.

That’s it for now!

I’m so excited to see what Jesus does when we show up with purpose and fill the room! It’s going to be incredible.

And don’t forget—bring someone with you this Sunday! Their life could change forever.

See you there!

The best is yet to come! —PZ
